Adbridge ("we", "us") connects your Google Calendar to your Google Ads account so your campaigns stay aligned with your marketing calendar. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how we protect it.
1. Information we access
When you connect your Google account, with your explicit consent we access:
- Google Ads (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): your campaigns, their status, schedules, and budgets, to display them and to create or change campaigns you direct. - Google Calendar events (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events): the events on your calendar, to display your marketing events, create and edit events you make in Adbridge, and add Google Meet links to review events. - Account basics: your name and email, for authentication and support.
2. How we use your information
We use this data solely to:
- Display your Google Ads campaigns and Google Calendar events.
- Create and edit calendar events and sync them to Google Calendar.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns as you direct.
- Authenticate you, provide support, and secure the service.
3. Limited Use disclosure
Adbridge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or transfer Google user data except to provide the service, comply with law, or in a merger with safeguards; we do not use it for advertising; we do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models; and humans do not read it except with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymized.
4. Data retention and deletion
We retain your Google data only while your account is active and connected. You can disconnect at any time in Adbridge, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnection we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
5. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular review. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to other users.
